The pontoons are made of a high density EPS (expandable poly styrene) which are then covered with a unique polyuria coating process. This process is similar to the rhino coatings they use in the automotive industry (truck beds, undercarriage). Our coating is specifically developed for the water to prevent water logging and maintaining incredible buoyancy.
These are sold in kits for YOUR project...we do not sell boats...we sell the pontoons for you to build your project and you are responsible to follow your state laws.
